How much is design?
Awesome news for you! Every Thrifty Threads order includes 1 hour of free design!
Don't worry if you go over that, our design services are very affordable. Thrifty Threads has an hourly rate of $60 for design services rendered after the initial hour of design time. We are very fair an honest about our hours, and would never charge you a design fee just because.
How much is Shipping?

! Our standard 2 week shipping is included at no charge for all Thrifty Threads customers. Are you in a hurry and need your order more quickly? Not a problem, for a small shipping fee we can have your order rushed to you in whatever shipping method you'd like. How do I get a Quote?
Getting a quote through Thrifty Threads is as easy as putting on your own custom t-shirt
(Once you receive them that is). Simply head on over to our Quote
page and fill out the necessary information. Once of our representatives will contact you shortly thereafter and do all of the hard work for you!
How do I get a design?
Thrifty Threads does not use an online designer, and for good reason! Have you ever tried to use them?
More often than not they are frustrating to work with and not always the most creative tool for the job. Instead we have awesome experienced designers on hand to create your design. You can either send us your design or describe what you'd like, it really is that easy!
We don't mind working from a doodle, or even a napkin you hurriedly drew your idea on - gotta get them on paper while they last right? - and our designers will take your idea and turn it into an amazing finished product just for you!
How long does a design take?
In our experience design times will vary. Some will be simple, while others will be more complex and take a longer period of time. A designer should be able to let you know roughly the length of time it will take or at least a ball park. Most of the time though, designs don't go over the free hour of design time that is included with every Thrifty Threads order.
Can I upgrade my shirts?
We have a large list of brands for you to choose from. When you place a quote request, but sure to let us know in the comments what kind of shirt you're looking to get and we'll do everything we can to help you out! Please keep in mind that the Quick Quoter uses Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton Tees as a baseline model for your quick quote price
Where is my order?
Your order hasn't arrived yet? Not a problem, normally we send you a shipping number when we ship your customized t-shirts to you.
If you have received a shipping number and it hasn't quite been 2 weeks, your shirts may still be on their way to you."But I HAVE gotten a shipping number! It HAS been two weeks... or more"
We'll in that case we will do everything in our power to help you, we'll track the package or speak to the Currier and keep you informed as information develops.
Will my shirt shrink?
Our standard Gildan 5000 t-shirts
are pre-shrunk and ready to go, but if you choose to upgrade to another brand of tee then there is a possibility that it will shrink. Try to choose a size up in that case to make sure you get the perfect fit after washing.
What colors can I get?
Our Quote page has a list of colors available for our standard Gildan 5000 tee, but other manufacturers may have different materials, colors, even care instruction. If you choose to upgrade to another shirt type, our representative will do all of the hard work to get you the list of colors your shirt choice offers.
What is Silkscreen printing?
is a process in which inks or stain are pushed through a mesh-based stencil to apply a design onto a substrate, whether it be T-shirts, posters, stickers, vinyl, wood, or other material.
HELP! I found a defect!
Our customized t-shirts here at Thrifty Threads pass a rigorous inspection process. First our designers make sure the design is ready for print, then our screen burners and printers keep a close eye on the graphic, after that - before actual production - the Boss Man quality control expert checks a test print, before allowing the printers to continue.
We try very hard not to let any hiccups ruin any of our shirts - always striving for quality - but on occasion this can happen.
In this rare case We ask that you send a photo of the error so we know not to make that same mistake again and we'll discuss refunding or reprinting your shirt for you.
